Q: What kind of Hair do you Provide?
A: For all Custom Wig orders we use Quality Virgin Hair Extensions. Natural unprocessed Hair. Using One donor, all cuticles aligned. Hair last up to 3-5 yrs. with Proper care. Can also can be dyed and colored.

Q: What Kind of Lace is used?
A: Transparent Swiss or HD Lace is used with the same quality virgin hair for bundles.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Unfortunately, no, Wigs for sale and any items that are purchased through the website must be shipped. For inquiries about in person pick up please contact us.
Q: How do I measure my head?
A: The circumference of your head to determine your wig size can be measured with any inch measuring tape.
This will determine which size best fits you.
20” Circumference- Size XS
21’” Circumference – Size S
22” Circumference – Size M
23” Circumference – Size L
24” Circumference – Size XL

Q: How Long Does wig Last?
A: Wigs has a life expectancy of 6 months-3yrs. This duration determination is based off how well you take care of the hair and lace. Wigs must be maintained and stored properly. The Wigs are also remakeable and the lace is replaceable.
Q: What if I want to Cancel my Order?
A: Upon Purchase and Processing there is a 30% restocking fee charge if you would like to cancel. No exceptions!
